SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation unless other shipping method is specifically requested by customer. Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is in transit. Once we sent YOU your TRACKING number, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for your parcel.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES All NINA Z sales are FINAL. All discounted items and/or CUSTOM + STUDIO orders are FINAL FINAL.
However, we do always allow for a product EXCHANGE for another model/color/size, as long as available. EXCHANGE requests MUST be made within 7 DAYS from date of receipt and be AUTHORIZED by NINA Z.
Please send EXCHANGE requests including order #, model, color and size to firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges will be approved depending on stock availability. Exchange merchandise will be mailed once we receive returned pair and a check for $15 return shipping fee. If it is our fault and we shipped you the wrong size/ mode/color (other than listed on original order), you will be taken care of. If its not our fault and you ordered the wrong size or model, you will take care of shipping cost and arrangements. Product must be returned with original receipt unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. Preferred shipping method is USPS priority with signature confirmation.
